LUKE WORTHINGTON
Performance Psychologist
Luke supports athletes, teams and leaders to remain focused, cohesive, and high-performing when the stakes are high. He has a particular interest in shared leadership and team resilience, exploring how people collaborate, adapt, and stay effective in challenging conditions. His work blends cutting-edge leadership science with hands-on experience from both military and corporate environments.
Before training in performance psychology, Luke spent 16 years at PwC Consulting, where he worked on global programmes with clients including Microsoft and BAE Systems. His final role was Operations Lead for PwC’s Cybersecurity practice across EMEA. Prior to this, he served as a British Army Officer on frontline operations.
Luke holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Distinction) and is currently completing a professional doctorate focused on team resilience. He lives in Surrey with his wife, two sons, and a lively mix of farm animals. He also represents Great Britain in age-group triathlon and coaches youth teams locally.
